Meaningful Addition From Erdem Brothers to Savur TownDr. Zeynel Abidin Erdem, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of GENPA Holding, and his brother Dr. Nezih Erdem, who are the members of a long-established family from the Savur Town of Mardin province, have demonstrated an expressive example of citizenship.

Dr. Zeynel Abidin Erdem, who is the President of the Turkish-American Business Association at the same time, and his brother Dr. Nezih Erdem have rendered an unprecedented service in the town by having total of 10 thousand square meters of streets and avenues paved with cobblestones.

During his visit to Savur Town, Mardin Governor Temel Koçaklar and his spouse Sabahat Koçaklar received information from Orhan Seyfi Aras, who supervised the pavement of the streets and avenues with cobblestones, about the works carried out in the town.

Stating that they appreciated that highly meaningful service, Governor Koçaklar said, “The love for Mardin arises at this point. This service rendered by charitable and patriotic people from Mardin like Dr. Zeynel Abidin Erdem and Dr. Nezih Erdem should set a good example for our other businessmen who have set their hearts on this city. I address the businessmen from Nusaybin, Kızıltepe, Derik, Mazıdağ, Midyat, Yeşilli, Dargeçit and the charitable people of Mardin. You should provide support to these regions, where you know as your homeland, to help them get their share from the benefits of the modern world. When everyone attains the stage of rendering services within their bounds of possibilities, it shall be revealed how big the love for Mardin is.”
